IRB Infrastructure Developers today said it has emerged as the successful bidder for a project of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Punjab.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), IRB Infrastructure Developers said that the company has received an official communication from NHAI, which declared the company as the successful bidder for the Pathankot-Amritsar (NH-15) project.
However, the company did not disclose any financial details of the project.
The scope of work includes, designing, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a stretch of Pathankot-Amritsar section, it said.
As per provisions of the bid, the company is required to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) within 45 days, it added.
Shares of IRB Infra closed at Rs 183.55 on BSE, up 0.53 per cent from its previous close.
