"We have now announced the most comprehensive engagement we have ever had with that country," Clinton said. Responding to a question, she said her hand is about 80 per cent improved. "You know, there are certain moves that I can make, but there are others that are still kind of painful. But I"m doing my physical therapy," she said. When asked if it is hard to handshake, she said it is. "I tried to do a handshaking when I was in India and Thailand, and my arm was really sore at the end. So I"m either putting out my left hand. I love the Thais, you know, I was going around like this to everybody. That helped me out a lot," she said.
