I have been an owner of an Optoma HD 80 projector. I started having problems with the unit. Optoma service was of little help. I threw a dart on the internet and it hit LCD Presentation systems. I made a call at 10:30 PM at night to leave a message. To my surprise, the owner, Roy, answered the phone and took my questions for 30 min. The incredible customer service began at that moment. I ultimately shipped my projector to LCD. Shortly after receiving it, he called me back with a step by step game plan of how he would attack the problem. He did all he promised and got it back to me in perfect working order 1 week later. Couldn't be more pleased. Jeff I.

LCD was very sufficient, fast and knowledgeable. I had contacted a couple of repair centers and none of them was able to repair my projector but LCD told me right away what was wrong with my projector. Within 5 days, it was repaired and returned. I highly recommend them!

I just got my projector back after taking it in a couple days ago and it works and looks just the way it did on day one. Cheap, easy, quick. Thanks!

After checking several other stores in the area, I was finally able to find the model I needed at this store. Couldn't find the Toshiba TLPL78 anywhere else I looked.

After sending my projector to 3 different repair centers which took a total of a month without finding the problem I found LCD on line and send them my projector. With in a day LCD contacted me with their diagnostic report and a total of 2 days to complete the repair and return my projector. I can honestly say they are the best in the industry and I am very, very impressed.

i sent in my projector to them as instructed... and in 2 days i had an estimate to repair my projector that was very reasonable. they completed my repair and had my projector back in a week. great job and very nice guys there.
