we order lamps from Projector lamps. they are quick to provide price quote and deliver lamps on time. but the only problem we had, is the packing slip does not reflect Resalers PO#/Information and clients PO#/information this information is necessary for receiving dock personal to connect the dots and deliver the goods to proper end user. in our client's institution. |

Reply from ProjectorLamps.com: Carole Young returned a perfectly good lamp with the genuine Osram bulb inside as advertised. She demanded a refund for her initial next day air freight charge which is non-refundable. She was belligerent to several customer service reps and then to the sales manager. She then put a stop payment on the credit card. Lamp tested fine upon return. |

I originally ordered a replacement bulb in January of 2016. After 4000 hours of use, it's finally going out and I need a replacement. Ordering from ProjectorLamps again because their product is reliable and works according to specifications. I've had bad experiences and products from other companies, so it's a relief to find a reliable dealer for equipment. Highest recommendation! Product: VLT-HC3800LP for a Mitsubishi 4000 projector. |

| I have nothing but positive comments for ProjectorLamps.com. I needed to purchase an AN-K9LP lamp replacement for my Sharp projector and tried 3 other online stores. They all sent me a part that was close, but not what I needed. I used the online chat to describe what I needed to the sales rep and he mentioned that sometimes the stock photos aren't what is in the box, but that they would go check for me. 5 minutes later, I had a verification that it was indeed the right part - something that none of the other vendors would do for me. I ordered the part right away Wed afternoon and with free shipping, it arrived Friday afternoon in time to watch TV over the weekend. I must also say that the packaging was much more than the other vendors, very protective. In fact one of the other vendor's shipment came with a broken piece because it wasn't packed securely. | I bought 2 projector lamps from these guys, and although a little more expensive than other companies, the product and service were exceptional. It's a complicated situation, but basically, they allowed me to return the 2 lamps that we had used for about 15-20 hours. When repackaging them to ship back, somehow, one of the lamps' glass shield was cracked. However, I called Stephanie, and she said just ship them back; and now they are giving me a full reimbursement for what WERE 2 perfectly good lamps before we used them. AWESOME. I was skeptical we were even going to be able to return them in the first place, after using them. | |||

| Support above and beyond anything could be expected. I purchased a replacement lamp for my Panasonic PT-AE4000. The lamp was not OEM, but this is offset by its very reasonable price. I had a problem with a manufacturing defect in the lamp's base, one that I could easily correct by exchanging the defective base with the base from my older lamp. Regardless, the seller insisted that I accept another replacement. I consider this to be "support above and beyond anything tha could be expected." | |||

| I have to thank ProjectorLamps.com for their excellent customer service. I have ordered many lamps from many companies over the years, but my experience today stands out in my mind as exemplary. I ordered a lamp late in the day Wednesday and it shipped the same day, and I received it today (Friday), so thank you for the quick service! When I installed it and couldn't get the 'replace lamp' warning to go away, I called and spoke with a young lady who was very patient and helpful, and walked me through the steps to reset the lamp timer on my projector. Afterwards, she offered to email a link to my owners manual so I would have the information on hand in the future. Thank you!!! You will be getting my business again in the future. | |||
