| Replacement HC5050UB bulb was delivered in decent time but unusable due to insufficient light output. Initiated return per site instructions, which also stated MyProjectorLamps.com would email a return label. That didn't happen in a day, so when I contacted customer support, they replied that I had to pay shipping back to them. I did this, and expected a message once they received returned defective bulb based on their return instructions. Didn't get email after two days of bulb being in their hands, according to delivery info. So I once again had to follow up with them, even though supposedly they would contact me. I had to follow up two more times about return status over course of another business week, and finally I did get a refund. Product wasn't usable, and customer service lacks initiative. Website has outdated info on return process. | |||
