| I looked for a quote for an Epson EX9220 projector and was contacted by a PSS rep (Chris) later in the evening. The rep offered an Epson Powerlite 1286 which is the same with a 2 yr warranty. PSS placed the order on Friday and I received the projector direct from Epson on Monday. During the 3 day delivery I was contacted twice from a PSS real person (Carla) regarding tracking. The total price was $110 less than I would have spent on Amazon or other vendor. Overall this was a fantastic purchase experience. | |||

My venue has been making one of your sales engineers jump through hoops and over hurdles for over a year now over what should have been the simple purchase of a projector. Christopher Byrne has displayed extreme patience and has been accommodating with all of the complications we have thrown at him and has been the most helpful of the some odd 100 vendors I have to deal with for my venue. I think he should be training some of the sales people I deal with on developing customer loyalty. His thoroughness is what made me pick your outlet over the other three I contacted for help in purchasing a new projector for our theater. |

Asked for pricing on the OPTOMA EH490 PROJECTOR. Christopher Byrne from the CCS/ Projector Superstore 888-525-6696 x234 sent me an email quote for this projector and also suggested a discontinued model he had in stock that would also meet my need. Email came back very quickly after requesting a quote, I placed the phone call and it is shipping this afternoon. I picked the model after reading the article on how to select a projector that provided great guidance on short/long throw, lumens and other concerns. In the end I selected the offered discontinued OPTOMA EH501 PROJECTOR to gain 15% brightness for about the same price as the new model. |
