BenQ Launches GV32 LED Ceiling Projector for All-in-One, Grab-and-Go Home Entertainment

Press Release  |  Sep 29, 2025

The GV32 combines bright visuals and a flexible design for ceiling viewing in small spaces

COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- BenQ, the global leader in display innovation, today introduced the GV32 smart LED ceiling projector, the newest entry to its popular GV portable projector series. Designed for optimal, anywhere projection with almost no set-up required, the GV32 combines built-in entertainment with Google TV and Netflix, stunning visuals, strong audio, and great color performance for the ultimate laid-back entertainment experience, projected from any angle.

Expanding on the success of the GV projector lineup (GV30, GV31, and GV50), the GV32 is built with the same flexible base design as the award-winning GV50 smart laser projector* but with an LED light source, delivering HDR10 color performance without the higher cost of laser. For plug-and-play entertainment at a lower price point, the GV32 can be easily powered up anywhere from home or on-the-go with 60W+ USB-C power banks, making it easy for small homeowners, students, and apartment dwellers to enjoy immersive big-screen entertainment without sacrificing space.

The GV32 transforms walls and ceilings into immersive big-screen entertainment hubs with its 120-inch images projected conveniently from any surface. Ideal for bedrooms, dorms, or any living space with limited space, the GV32's 135° vertical and 360° horizontal projection angle range and two-stage tilt ceiling projection make ceiling projection simple and adaptable, while automatic screen correction, digital zoom, image rotation, and H/V keystone correction provide precise alignment with minimal effort.

BenQ GV32 features include:

Full HD 1080p Resolution (1920 × 1080): 1080p resolution equates to big-screen experience with clarity up to 120 inches for immersive movie and show viewing and casual gaming.

500 ANSI Lumens of Brightness: Its LED light source delivers vivid colors and visuals with long-lasting reliability.

Flexible Projection Angles: With 135° vertical and 360° horizontal range and auto correction, the GV32 delivers incredibly flexible viewing, anywhere users want to project.

CinematicColor and CinemaSound: Rec.709 95% color accuracy and HDR/HLG support means precise color reproduction – what BenQ is known for.

Incredible Sound: The built-in 2.1 channel 18W speaker system with Woofer Chamber delivers robust sound - a leader in the category.

Sleep Support Features: Night Shift Mode automatically adjusts colors to reduce eye strain while a sleep timer supports late-night viewing.

Smart Entertainment Platform: Preloaded with Google TV and licensed Netflix, the GV32 brings instant streaming for access to more than 10,000 apps.

Versatility for Casual Gaming: The GV32 has a low input lag of 22.4ms (1080 @ 60Hz) with USB-C DP Alt Mode to support a great gaming experience, including with the Nintendo Switch.

"The growing popularity of anywhere, grab-and-go projection is redefining the way people enjoy their home entertainment," said Jeffrey Hsieh, Director and Head of Consumer Business Line at BenQ. "Expanding our award-winning* GV Series with the GV32 makes our big-screen, ceiling-viewing experience more accessible to consumers with its all-in-one entertainment, affordability, and flexible design for small spaces."

The new BenQ GV32 is available now for pre-order for $599 MSRP in the U.S. at BenQ.com, including a 100" portable screen as a pre-order gift. In October, the GV32 will be available on Amazon, Adorama and B&H.

*The BenQ GV50 was awarded a Good Design Award in 2024.
