Project Management Information System | GSA

[ad_1]

If you’re collaborating on projects in federally owned or leased space, use project management software called Kahua to store and share project information and track project progress. Use is mandatory for all GSA contractors and employees, and while not mandatory for our federal agency customers, we encourage you to use it. Having all stakeholders use the same project management tool for design, build, and lease projects helps improve project delivery practices, standardize operating procedures, and ensure safety and security. privacy.

Project managers and other team members use the tool to exchange information when collaborating on various activities throughout the project lifecycle. Examples of activities performed in Kahua are: Project Agreements, RFIs, Project Schedules, Design Reviews, and Checklists.

Contractors, please contact your designated GSA point of contact (POC) for specific Kahua usage requirements. Potential contractors, contact the POC identified in the bid solicitation.
